Job description, competencies, and responsibilities
- administrative and organisational support for the management (head of office, chair, and vice-chair),
- managing and supervising the deadlines of the members of the management,
- taking minutes of meetings and preparing documents for management members,
- arranging and organising foreign business trips,
- providing secretarial support, handling telephone calls, planning and organising agency appointments,
- performing support tasks of a technical and administrative nature related to the running of the Agency,
- managing and updating information on current events and decisions organised by the Agency on social networks and the website,
- assisting in the organisation of the preparation of materials and the conduct of meetings,
- assisting in the planning, preparation, and implementation of the Agency’s conferences, training sessions, and seminars,
- providing refreshments for Agency events (orders from suppliers)
- being responsible for the tidiness of the Agency’s secretariat and meeting rooms,
- introducing visitors to the relevant staff and recording them in the visitors’ book,
- supporting activities in the administrative running of the Agency’s office,
- administrative support activities for the Accreditation Unit,
- support activities for ENQA, SEQA projects,
- deputising for the registry management officer in his/her absence in his/her entirety,
- carrying out other tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
