Job description, competencies, and responsibilities
– organising departmental staff meetings and briefings,
– preparing documents for proceedings,
– preparing materials for Executive Board meetings,
– taking minutes of meetings,
– arranging and organising business trips,
– supporting staff in university review on-site visits,
– working with the Agency’s information system,
– liaising with other Agency departments,
– carrying out other tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Information about the selection procedure
List of required documents:
– professional structured CV,
– motivation letter,
– a copy of a report card, diploma, or other equivalent evidence of the highest level of education attained; in the case of a foreign diploma, a decision of the Ministry recognising the foreign diploma as equivalent to a diploma obtained after higher education in the territory of the Slovak Republic,
– an affidavit of good repute,
– the data subject’s consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of the selection procedure
– an affidavit of full legal capacity.
