Job description, competencies, and responsibilities

– general legal agenda with possible further specialisation

– legal agenda with a focus on the legislation governing procedures in the field of higher education, in particular, Act No 269/2018 Coll. on quality assurance in higher education and on amending Act No 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on amending and supplementing certain acts, as amended, and Act No 131/2002 Coll. on higher education and on amending and supplementing certain acts, as amended,

– processing of the wording of accreditation decisions and the related agenda.

Information about the selection procedure

List of required documents:

– professional structured CV,

– motivation letter,

– a copy of a report card, diploma, or other equivalent evidence of the highest level of education attained; in the case of a foreign diploma, a decision of the Ministry recognising the foreign diploma as equivalent to a diploma obtained after higher education in the territory of the Slovak Republic,

– an affidavit of good repute,

– the data subject’s consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of the selection procedure

– an affidavit of full legal capacity.
