Job description, powers, and responsibilities

We are looking for an independent, experienced, positive team member with an eye for detail and order.

The job will involve:

– Comprehensive processing of HR and payroll.

– Ensuring the labour relations agenda, preparing employment contracts and their amendments

– Maintaining employee personnel files in compliance with data protection regulations

– Monitoring legislative changes, and their application to the Agency’s needs

– Carrying out annual income tax clearance

– Comprehensive processing, preparation, and registration of assignment contracts, communication with principals

– Working with the Central Register of Contracts

– Collaborating in the preparation of guidelines and methodological documents in the field of HR and payroll

Information about the selection procedure

List of required documents:

– Professional structured CV,

– motivation letter,

– a copy of a report card, diploma, or other equivalent evidence of the highest level of education attained; in the case of a foreign diploma, a decision of the Ministry recognising the foreign diploma as equivalent to a diploma obtained after higher education in the territory of the Slovak Republic,

– an affidavit of good repute,

– the data subject’s consent to the processing of personal data for the selection procedure

– an affidavit of legal capacity.

Personality and skills

– At least 2 years experience in HR and payroll clearing,

– Payroll experience in government preferably,

– experience with the VEMA information system is an advantage,

– interest in personal development and a sense of teamwork,
